Chaska is a Parisian jewelry house exploring an aesthetic of decay and impermanence. Through refined silver pieces with a degraded aspect, it confronts traditional norms with anti-aesthetic codes.
Embracing the inherent imperfections and transience of life,
Chaska reveals beauty in its most fragile form.
Nothing remains; everything is destined to vanish.
The name Chaska came to Stella while she was living in the Amazon. A shaman gave her this name, which means “star” in Quechua, and is also the meaning of her birth name.
Stars are markers of time. When you look at them, you are looking back in time; what you see no longer exists.
Chaska was founded by Stella André, a jewelry designer who began creating artisanal jewelry in the streets of Latin America in 2011.
After a two-year journey immersed in local communities, she studied jewelry design at the Haute Ecole de Joaillerie in Paris.
She has since worked as a High Jewelry designer for Louis Vuitton and Boucheron, and launched her brand Chaska in 2026.
"My vision is to create new aesthetic paradigms by merging the excellence of high jewelry with anti-aesthetic codes."
